Kenzan Flower Frog

A "flower frog" often known as a Kenzan is a heavy stainless steel disc with spikes that is used as a mechanic to hold flowers by attaching it to the base of a vase. Often used for the practise of "ikebana", they are a sustainable, reusable alternative to floral foam. The metal pins are strong enough for woody material, as well as any type of flower. 

We recommend using a floral adhesive to secure your holder in your vessel. Each frog comes packaged in a cardboard box which can be used for storage. They are made from stainless steel and feature brass spikes and a removable rubber ring which they can used with or without. Clean with a coarse brush and use Sure Stick or adhesive to attach them to any vase or vessel.
