Delivery Address

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure all goods delivered to secure addresses (e.g. apartments and units) will be received by the recipient. Alternatively, Hart's will contact the recipient to arrange appropriate delivery time. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe location. If the courier is unable to leave the order, we will phone the sender to arrange a new delivery time and an additional delivery fee will apply.

Unsuccessful Deliveries 

All unsuccessful deliveries will result in the goods returned to Hart's Florist incurring additional fees to the purchaser. Collection of goods from Hart's Florist in Camp Hill is available or the redelivery of goods. The redelivery of goods will incur an additional delivery fee to the purchaser.

Same Day Delivery 

Same day delivery guaranteed, when the order is placed by 11am weekdays (Brisbane time) and by 9am on weekends. Any order received after these times will be delivered the next working day. Deliveries to a home address will be made before 7pm. Deliveries to a business address will be made before 5pm. 

Timed Deliveries

Hart's Florist will make every attempt to accommodate your delivery request, but timed deliveries cannot always be guaranteed. If you would like your flowers to be delivered before 12pm, the order must be placed by close of business the day prior, at the latest. We are also happy to take any orders as far in advance as you wish, simply order your flowers online or by contacting our team on 0466 581 999.

Substitutions

We will make every effort to execute your order as per your selection, however if we need to substitute a flower or sundry item because of seasonal changes or unavailability, we will use a flower/sundry of similar value, colour and style. 

Valentine's Day

Orders must be placed by 13th February (or closest working day) for guaranteed delivery on Valentine's Day. No timed deliveries are accepted for Valentines Day. All orders to business addresses will be delivered by 5pm. All orders to home addresses will be delivered by 7pm.

Items with Alcohol

Alcohol delivery is subject to State Liquor Laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing and delivery restrictions apply.

Cancellations & Changes

Refunds can be accepted 24 hours prior to the delivery day. We are unable to offer a refund on the day of delivery as the flowers and gifts will already be in preparation or transit. To make any changes to orders please call 0466 581 999.

Refund Conditions

As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call us directly on 0466 581 999 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation. All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only.

Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers or refund if the original flowers are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for our florists to assess the cause of the issue. Refunds or replacements are issued at the discretion of Hart's Flowers.
